Insolvency Rules (IA 1986)
Insolvency rules generally provide the working procedures for the entire process of insolvency. These insolvency rules are somehow special, because they are in close relation with the Insolvency Act from 1986, since they provide the working basis for this exact legislation. During the time, as the Insolvency Act from 1986 had slightly changed, the Insolvency Rules from the same year had followed the changes of the law, so they suffered minor changes during the last twenty years, most important of them being the change due to the Enterprise Act from 2002, when the Insolvency Rules had to introduce a new matter: insolvency without involving the court.
