C
Court-Appointed Receiver
Within a company there are several instances where partnership disputes need to be settled down by a professional. If this is the case, the court usually appoints a professional receiver in order to administer the dispute.

Other instances where the Court may appoint a receiver include: in the case when a court judgment has to be enforced (a charging order for example), real property related issues (rental administrative problems), Foreclosures, criminal profiteering, fraud related matters, equity receiverships, investment fraud, certain confliction provoked situations and even marital dissolution related questions.

A court appointed receiver will definitely get a well drafted order, where his rights and obligations will be displayed. For example, if a receiver is being appointed by a court in order to take over the administrative matters implied by a dispute over a property, he must respect what is stated with the order and is not allowed to act differently.
